An all-walnut concert Wonkylele - with a beautiful sound. It may look peculiar but it's made to my usual high specifications and sounds great. The askew angle of the neck actually makes it easier to play because the player's wrist is in a more natural position.
Makore neck, real ebony bridge and fingerboard (offcuts from a local frame maker). Fitted with Gotoh UPT tuners and Aquila strings.
Contrary to what you might think, my wonkyleles fit comfortably into regular cases (see pics on THIS page).
This was a commission and measures roughly 54cm (length), 18cm (widest width) and 5.5cm (depth).
