The only off-kilter ukulele available to buy anywhere in the world. Just like a regular ukulele, but slightly unhinged. The strange neck position is only possible because of the unique way I build my ukes.
This is a beautiful and fantastic sounding Wonkylele. It may look peculiar but it's made to my usual high specifications and sounds great! Many people have commented that the askew angle of the neck actually makes it easier to play as the player's wrist is in a more natural position.
Made from Black Limba, it has a walnut fretboard and bridge, Gotoh UPT tuners and I've tried fluorocarbon strings on this one (Christopher Davis-Shannon's Magic Ukulele Strings).
Contrary to what you might think, my wonkyleles fit comfortably into a regular soprano case (see pics on THIS page).
It measures roughly 54cm (length), 16cm (widest width) and 5cm (depth).
